An Observation

As I was driving home on Wednesday I had just turned onto Plum Street I saw a young girl about the age of four throw a rock, as hard as she could. I don't know if her intent was to break that rock but she sure put force into throwing it. The look of disappointment or disgust that it did not chip or break also seemed to either make her want to test again or just know that she failed at throwing the rock in order to break it. I am trying to think of how this could have related to what we were talking in class that evening but it has been long time since. So I am just going to say this or break it down this way...

Philosophy- the girls intent on breaking the rock and her thought on that she could physically break that rock
Science- the kenitic energy exerted in throwing the rock to make it break
Craft-?
Art- I guess could argue the rythmic momentum of bringing her arm up and then stratigically letting go of the rock so it would fall to the ground with a clank and a click click. But the girl probably did not know that it was going to make that sound.
